Analyze the external environment of your organization. You can choose between Porter´s Five-Forces Model of Competition or PEST(EL) analysis.
Evaluate the identified factors in relation to the previously formulated vision - for each of the identified factors, determine whether it has a potentially positive or potentially negative impact on the organization.
Process the results into a presentation, which you will present at the next seminar.
