Strategic analysis of external environment

Task 2 - Strategic analysis of external environment



Analyze the external environment of your organization. You can choose  between Porter´s Five-Forces Model of Competition or PEST(EL) analysis.

Evaluate the identified factors in relation to the previously formulated vision - for each of the identified factors, determine whether it has a potentially positive or potentially negative impact on the organization.


Process the results into a presentation, which you will present at the next seminar.

Task 3 - Strategic analysis of internal environment



Analyze
 the internal environment of your organization. You can use analyse individual areas (see PP presentation T5) or choose one of the analyses (see PP presentation T6).

Evaluate the identified factors in relation to the previously formulated vision - for each of the identified factors, determine whether the organization is better than its competitors (strenth) or worse (weakness) in the given area..


Process the results into a presentation, which you will present at the next seminar.
