The aim of the subject is to improve students' presentation skills and widen their experience with creating a presentation.
Syllabus
1. Introduction. What does it mean " to present". Types of presentations.
2. Preparing a presentation. Reasons for bad presentations.
3. Types and analyses of audiences.
4. Body language. Mistakes made during presentation.
5. How to organise a presentation.
6. Structure of a presentation.
7. Strategy for a presentation. How to choose a strategy.
8. Language for a presentation, vocabulary.
9. Equipment and visual aids used in presentations.
10. Creating presentations in PowerPoint
11. Reacting to questions.
12. Preparing a business presentation.
