- Cílem předmětu je uvést studenty do problematiky projektování, seznámit je se zásadami projektového řízení, metodami a technikami projektové přípravy, s principy řízení realizace a finančním řízením projektů. Studenti budou seznámeni se širokou škálou dotačních zdrojů využitelných k financování projektů.
