Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce students with the concept, function and practice of management and a manager himself. After completion of the course a student actively controls the basic management activities with ability to use selected management tools. The student is able to plan a project and subsequently implement it with the use of basic management principles at every stage of implementation.

Zápočet: zpracování případových studií, prezentace aktuality z oblasti managementu, účast na cvičení.
Zkouška: 6 seminárních prací na téma: (Time management, specifikace libovolného problému a nastínění podmínek jeho řešení, reflexe z četby, testy sebehodnocení (4), 2 eseje z témat obsahu předmětu), písemná příprava + ústní zkouška.
