Course objectives
The objective of English for Specific Purposes 2 is to further develop students' communication and presentation skills in English focusing on using English to communicate in specific branches of industry and business.

  3. Introducing your presentation. Body language.
  4. The ABCD model. Guiding your audience.
  5. Delivering your message. The PEEP model.
  6. Building on PEEP: Dream and Disaster Structures.
  7. Using visual aids.
  8. Designing your slides. Rule of Five.
  9. Concluding. Making a final impression.
  10. Handling questions.
  11. The LEVER model.
  12. Bringing it alive.
