For your first homework, you chose a company and introduced its CSR activities.
The task of the second homework task is:
1. Presentation of the company's strategy (products and markets, strategic operations, resources, mission, vision…)
2. Analysis of stakeholders of this company and its evaluation
Make a list of all existing and potential stakeholders of this company.
Select the 5 most important stakeholders from the list and justify why they are key to the company.
