- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to produce a diploma thesis under the guidance of a thesis supervisor. Through the thesis the student shall demonstrate his/her ability to work independently with the scientific literature, to formulate the problem and to apply a scientific approach to the study programme-related issues. The student demonstrates his/her ability to solve a unique business-related problem or a more general economic or management issue. The student also proves his/her ability to set an objective of the thesis and of his/her work and to choose the appropriate methods for solving the problem including the analysis and synthesis of knowledge. Further (s)he shows his/her ability to develop new ideas and make decisions for appropriate solutions. The student also demonstrates his/her ability to properly structure an extensive scientific text and communicate in words and letters in the foreign language.
