Course objectives
The aim of this course is to deepen knowledge of students about management and broaden their portfolio of basic managerial knowledge and competences, including their practical use in corporate and public institutions. After completing the course, students can actively use the broadened range of managerial tools, for example BSC, EFQM, CMMI, FDA, WBS, Kotter´s 8-step Change Model, and approaches such as Age Management, Talent Management, Change Management.

Assessment methods
Course credit: carrying out case studies, presentation of news from the field of management, participation in the practical seminars. Examination: 5 seminar papers, the topics being: (personal SWOT analysis, personal managerial style, reflecting the assigned reading, 2 essays on a topic from the Course content), written preparation + oral examination.
