Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint the student with the basic types of decision-making tasks from the field of managerial accounting. After finishing the course, the student will be able to recognize the type of the decision-making task, define the relevant information needed to find the optimal solution, propose solutions and variant solutions and propose a decision including the economic reasoning for such a decision.
Syllabus (in Czech)

Osnova:

    • 1. Vymezení, vývoj a pojetí manažerského účetnictví, vztah k finančnímu účetnictví.
    • 2. Pojetí a členění nákladů a výnosů – druhové, účelové členění, členění nákladů a výnosů s důrazem na rozhodování, oportunitní náklady a výnosy.
    • 3. Účetní zobrazení nákladů v jednookruhové účetní soustavě.
    • 4. Kalkulace I – základní kalkulační pojmy, vymezení, význam kalkulací, charakteristika metod.
    • 5. Kalkulace II – metody kalkulace.
    • 6. CVP úlohy.
    • 7. Účetní zobrazení ve dvouokruhové účetní soustavě – výroba prostá.
    • 8. Účetní zobrazení ve dvouokruhové účetní soustavě – výroba fázová a stupňová.
    • 9. Zakázková výroba.
    • 10.Systém plánů a rozpočtů – plán, rozpočet, funkce rozpočtu, formy rozpočtů.
    • 11.Metody sestavení rozpočtů – kontrola plnění rozpočtů, odchylky.
    • 12.Souvislé příklady z podnikatelské praxe.
