Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The aim of the course is to produce a diploma thesis under the guidance of a thesis supervisor. Through the thesis the student shall demonstrate his/her ability to work independently with the scientific literature, to formulate the problem and to apply a scientific approach to the study programme-related issues. The student demonstrates his/her ability to solve a unique business-related problem or a more general economic or management issue. The student also proves his/her ability to set an objective of the thesis and of his/her work and to choose the appropriate methods for solving the problem including the analysis and synthesis of knowledge. Further (s)he shows his/her ability to develop new ideas and make decisions for appropriate solutions. The student also demonstrates his/her ability to properly structure an extensive scientific text and communicate in words and letters in the foreign language.

    The course takes the form of individual consultations with the supervisor of the student's thesis.
