Course objectives
The objective of this course is to mentor the students in the process of creating their bachelor’s thesis. Aiming for an effective elaboration of their bachelor’s thesis, the students must initiate regular individual consultations with their supervisor. The students deal with a chosen specialised topic corresponding to their study programme and they learn to defend their thesis arguments. The thesis supervisors guide the students during the process of writing their bachelor’s thesis both in terms of its content and form. The course has a form of individual consultations of the students and their thesis supervisors according to their needs and their mutual agreement. The students continuously fulfil individual stages of the process of thesis elaboration including specification of the research problem, setting objectives of the thesis, selection of literature and its processing, student’s own research as well as elaboration of the bachelor’s thesis.
