Cílem předmětu je uvedení studentů do pracovního prostředí v oblasti IT, nabytí potřebné terminologie pro práci a běžnou komunikaci v IT a seznámení se se základními formálními dokumenty v AJ. Výuka je založena na praktických a autentických situacích, důraz je kladen především na praktické uplatnění nabytých znalostí.

3. Products and services, technology you cannot live without / how to show interest / past simple
4. IT department in the organisational structure / welcoming a visitor / asking questions
5. Positions in an IT company / making and receiving phone calls / expressing future (will/going to/present continuous)
6. Multi-channel customer service / making and dealing with complaints / comparisons
7. Employment procedures in IT, LinkedIn / evaluating options / present perfect
8. E-commerce / payment terms / passive
9. Social media and the start up (advertising) / how to interrupt and avoid interruption / modal verbs
