The aim of the course is to explain students the importance of strategic management in the context of the current market environment and teach them to use basic tools of creation, implementation and application of the strategy in the company.
Annotation: The concept of strategy and strategic management and their necessity for the success of modern business are explained. The specific features of strategic processes, principles of strategic thinking and content of the company strategy are formulated. Emphasis is also placed on the analysis of internal and external environment.

Credit/exam: semester work, presentation.
