The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the ethical roots and the current ethical principles in Europe and in the Czech Republic. With regard to the ethical dimension of the company to explain the emergence of the phenomenon of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the voluntary nature of CSR. To demonstrate the differences between corporate social responsibility of SMEs and of large companies or multinational corporations. To show the importance of CSR for SMEs and the possibility of education in this area.
