PRESENTATION ASSIGNMENT on Wednesday, December 10, 2025

Why this requirement? It is important for us that you learn to speak English confidently aloud, use the vocabulary and grammar from class in real situations, and express yourselves clearly in front of others. 

Topic –  Business/Economics topic of your choice

1. Structure

• Title slide – Topic title, your name, date.

• Introduction – Why you chose the topic, what you will cover.

• Main content – 2–4 logically organized sections:

  • Overview of the issue/topic.

  • Relevant economic/business concepts or theories.

  • Data, charts, and real-world examples.

  • Critical analysis (advantages, disadvantages, implications).

• Conclusion – Key findings and takeaways.

• Q&A slide – “Questions?” or a short discussion prompt.

• Sources – At least 2 credible sources.
  
  

Also important:

• Explain concepts in your own words, simply and clearly.

• Ensure you know how to pronounce everything correctly. 

• 8–12 slides (maximum 15).

• Minimal text – maximum of 5 bullet points per slide, not long sentences.

• Length: 8 minutes (not less).

• Speak clearly; do not read from the slides or your notes (you can have notes with you).

• Show that you understand the topic and be ready for 1–2 follow-up questions.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Wednesday, December 10, 9:30 AM. 

 Please read and follow all instructions very carefully. If your presentation does not meet the requirements listed above, I may ask you to retake it — that is, to prepare and present it again on a different date. 

Everyone will present in class on December 10th. If someone cannot attend the lesson, there will be one additional make-up date for presenting.  But everyone must upload their presentation within the deadline.
