Course objectives
Logistics management is a way of managing the company so that the movement of materials and goods from suppliers to the company and to individual workplaces, as well as products and semi-finished products of workstations and from company to customers was smooth, as fast as possible and at the lowest costs. A student is able to define and describe the basic elements of logistics systems. The student is able to evaluate the logistics business plans according to the established criteria. Within lectures, students will gain a broad knowledge and understanding of the scope and problems of logistics management and its functions.
