- Cílem předmětu je seznámit studenty s celým systémem řízení lidských zdrojů ve firmách. Dát jim teoretický přehled o různých variantách systému ŘLZ, o jednotlivých činnostech v rámci ŘLZ. Jednotlivé činnosti ŘLZ budou studentům interpretovány v podobě charakteristiky, významu pro celý systém ŘLZ, možných metod a postupů používaných v praxi.
