Course objectives
The aim of the course is to gain basic overview of project management on theoretical as well as application level; to develop required competencies to apply project management as users, team members or project managers of smaller projects.
Syllabus
  • 1) Projects, project management overview
    2) Project phases - definition, planning, implementation, evaluation
    3) Requirements for project specification
    4) Planning: specification of activities, requirements on time, costs and qualitative parameters of projects
    5) Management of project implementation.
    6) Reports on project process
